iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard for Blackberry and other PDA/ Handhelds
Reviews:

starsIGO STOWAWAY KEYBOARD
I WAS DISAPOINTED IN THIS AS IT DID NOT CLEARLY STATE WHAT IT WAS COMPATIBLE WITH. I BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT FOR A FRIEND WHO HAD T-MOBLE SIDEKICK PHONE AND IT WOULD NOT WORK ON IT. THANK GOODNESS AMAZON DID REFUND IN FULL. LOOKED LIKE A GOOD IDEA THOUGH.

starsGreat keyboard
I love this keyboard, form the expanded letter on the N800 much bearable. I must other echoes objection over this sticker. Do not know, whom bright idea has, it this thing on to set should there, but it was more whoever necessities to be fired. It can be removed completely. I used mine fingerail to remove and the Rubbingspiritus for loose-will around the sticker the adhesive remnants, which did not take off away with the sticker. Fair taking your time and gives eight that inadvertently away from a key of everything as does not tear up. After away this whole sticky mass was received, although, it is smooth sails. This keyboard will receive a quantity use, probably worth the $40.

starsGreat BT Keyboard
IGO bluetooth the work on the keyboard largely. The only objection is the extreme left and right points few during the writing.

starsGreat Keyboard
Links up with both my Palm Lifedrive and my new ATT Q9h. Very easy to use and compact.

starsBeautiful Keyboard - :-(Very limited Blackberry Support
This keyboard is a large purchase. I would recommend it in high of degrees. I had bought it, in order to work with a brombeere and a palm, mainly the palm. When I received it, I found out that there is very limited bromine berry support. It only supports over 3 models without immediate plans for particularly retro does not model. It is a well formed product, looks really smoothly and has a large case. Examine whether it functions also, which you have and if... this would also not form to lead above in such a way they a large gift for a friend.

starsNice Keyboard, crappy sticker
The keyboard is pretty spiffy. I've got a treo 650 and I followed some of the advice here and got the new driver before the keyboard was delivered. It works pretty well, although I do have to re-pair the keyboard after using my headset, which is probably the Treo's fault.

It does come with a horrible sticker on the outer case and the keyboard. I was able to tease the one off the keyboard with a razor knife but there's still sticker-gunk all over the outer case.

The PDA prop is a little spindly in my opinion but it hasn't broken. It feels like the keyboard on an ultraportable laptop. Very limited key btravel but I can type pretty quickly on it; probably 30-45 words/minute. On a regular keyboard I'm 45-60 wpm. The one drawback is that if I pause for any length of time it tends to miss the first character; not sure if that's the treo or the keyboard going to sleep.

starsVery good little keyboard! just a couple tuny problems
This is a very good product. It worked seemlessly with my HP iPAQ hx 2795. It is well made and very sturdy. I did however have a couple little problems with it. One, the little "how to open me" sticker was pretty tough to peel off. (like peeling a price tag off of a piece of glass after it's been there for a while) the other problem is I can't get it to work with my Blackberry curve 8310 (yet) as there is no driver included for it. But I'll do a little browsing and I'm sure I'll find something. Overall, very nice, sturdy construction and it looks dern cool too!

starsAmazing Price, Amazing Keyboard!!
This keyboard is large. I waited, in order to receive one from these for one while and to finally find this, a theft, for Amazon. The price is 71% away from the collecting main like that, as I would know legend No.. Up to now it gave two totally annoying things. First as I first the keyboard opened, give it an instructing sticker on the keyboard, from which you must take off away. Unfortunately there is sticky redsidue to the left after on the keyboard, which is annoying as hell. I cannot receive it away. Only other annoying thing is, if accessible making calendar, projection/lead not from individual part induced to individual part and you must knock with the recording head, in order to draw up something. I did not look by the manual and it gave an assistance there. In most cases this can do keyoboard with few restrictions to much. I am I bought it really gladly. It is functional the light, contract, and has a large Design. This is the kind of the technology, which forms the life better. I had to give it only 4 stars for the small disturbances, but they are straight small objections and should not prevent that everyone buys this product.

stars?
Having a lot of problems getting this product to work properly. Considering throwing it in the trash.

starssolid keyboard
Nice body keyboard. Attached over the CD - the connections for updates and the direct connections to the PDA drivers furnished not updated drivers and can be considered as a "defect" during their attitude process, during which their connections do not work for updates for my model winmobile of pro telephone 6. However feels to be supplied with the work on the keyboard with the CD drivers, and to the keyboard well and firmly. However it is not free, how the energy is switched on to the keyboard or away during the dormant times - there is no switch in the sight and no mention of this in manual.Oh and, this is a large price!

starsExcellent keyboard. Not sure it's compatible with treo 700P
First off, the keyboard construction is first rate. It has a very sturdy feel and in spite of its diminutive size and weight it is very comfortable to use. Very nice feel to the keys and very secure in both the folded and open position. It also came with a very nice carrying case. I love everything about this keyboard except for the fact I am not able to use it as I had intended to. I would rate it as a five but for the fact that I bought it to use with my Treo 700P. All pre-sale documentation states that it is compatible but when I tried to download drivers the web site says it is not compatible. I tried using drivers for the Treo 650 and they work to a degree. Most of the time everything is fine but there is some flakyness when entering caps versus lower case. In most cases this is not a big problem it just slows me down a bit as I have to back space and type over. Where it becomes insurmountable is when entering passwords that do not echo back. I use several remote access apps with my Treo and it is impossible to enter a password correctly with this keyboard. I have not been able to nail this particular problem down and it basically thwarts the reason I bought the keyboard in the first place. This is a specific usage issue however and should not take away from the quality of the keyboard itself. Just beware if you intend to use it with a Treo 700P.

starsbluetooth keyboard
I had the keyboard up and running without any problems. I couldn't program the "hot keys", e.g., press the key for Internet explorer wouldn't work.

starsEase in setup and use
Even though the keyboard came with a cd for installation, I had to download an updated file for my new blackberry phone. A web site link was given and another link that provided detailed instructions for the setup. It worked in just minutes! I also love the carry pouch that came with the keyboard, in which it can be stored. In fact, I am quite pleased with how the keyboard folds up into such a compact size; I always travel light! I do highly recommend this product and was thrilled over the superb price I received for the item, as well as the timely delivery.

starsWorked great -- at first
IGo the Stowaway is a large keyboard, and with the low price I paid by Amazon I had to receive him. It fit easily above with my Nokia N800 together (the OS2007 on it at the time had). ", improving" to OS2008, it does not fit however there, all the same which I try. Not surely which the problem is, but, if I cannot find an embarrassment, it is to me useless. They cannot have this problem and thus that case estimates you made possible the compact size by clever technology. It is fragile, therefore one must with it, but take care with necessary care (if her her to receive to be able to fit over!) it should last a long time.

starsVery Portable
This keyboard is excellent. They functioned well with mine bluetooth made PDA and SmartPhone possible. It is enough small to fit into a complaining ash and the keyboard is rather strong. However the small PDA/phone location is fragile. My fallow suitable the normal airport luggage treatment. I use normally the empty Vinylkasten prop. up my PDA so no large loss.

starsTiny Keyboard for PDA
It always worries itself me, if devices are sold so still at the einzelverkauf, while third party salesmen are in that to sell them for under which wholesale would seem to be for the indicated retail price. Normally this reflects a liquidation by the manufacturer. Sometimes but that permits you to try equipment that you could not yourselves carry out differently in the situation its. And if you need the equipment for its originally sketched purpose, it can out-pour is fairly which you to wish, despite the Seins obsolescent. It is pure view on my part, but I believe that the market necessity key now F1-F12 required and this device does not have her. I regarded PDA keyboards, before however they always impressed me as weak Troedel, not perhaps able to stand up to the hardness of the clearance or even the more than occasional use. This is different - I believe that, if I used it in its few bags paddded, which it could enter into my black bag and come out to 6 journeys weeka two later to go in the same form, ready when I needed her. Structure of aluminum seems like it poaaibly box for a folding device so firmly. If I regard the support forums after the device on the web site of the manufacturer, I see that people ask after support for mobile window devices. This keyboard does not have traditional window function keys (originally F1-F10, now (and for many years) F1-F12) [ Sidebar: Why 12? Because that is, how many IBM 3270, a special Zweckmainframeanschluss, which was used by the designers, ] and without those could have done you not it with windows effectively to probably use. I fitted it with my laptop, and ichWAR in the layer, him as keyboard, without using special drivers. Probably if a large free program is mentioned anyhotkey, could it receive me, in order to simulate a sending of pfks with non-momentary extra shifts, but why? A radio set or a wired fully sorted keyboard is, which you need in such a way on a system. I had received no trouble, used for left (blue) function to, shift those for numbers and (the green) function of the right, which shifts for upper line pointing, although I wish silk sieving, was against an ivory background and not gunmetal the grey of one been. While it could be possible for a driver to use repeated shifts to simulate in order F1-F12, which then over shift keys? If, to from of F4 to receives the shift a chord with the old key closed, how you would then write alt-F4? The only possible one way, which I could see, was, if this something were, to which past you received, oppressive Blau-und green shifts and if you struck then inadvertently cntl, you would set the upper line, but, the keyboard into the mating of the mode. Thus I believe that they, since I write this are present at a large price for their intended market - palm PDAs, any Smartphones and like that. But credit does not limit by of function keys future of this keyboard, Windows mobile devices, those with a full Bluetooth keyboard to be specifically used can is not functional completely, if you use this device as keyboard. Another thing that I was, to try it with my PS3. Does not work on large and the PS3 used F1-F12, therefore this is supposed the perfect occasional customs keyboard for the PS3 - you know text with him or kind addresses, if them to surfen, of using or them for the name giving from of things to without having, a full sorted keyboard, for the PS3 (to be wired or a full sorted bluetooth keyboard have, the area takes up). Special nothing, I fitted it straight and wrote then the number, which gave the PS3 me on its screen. My main use for this is as keyboard formy palm T|X. I downloadete the drivers and synced the T|X. I ran then a reliable connection set up through. The only thing, which I not (and I am not which reliably to do over it) am that likes, whenever I would like to use the keyboard can I not her above straight open and it, to use begin. I must open it, go to applications, begin the application of keyboards, enter into bluetooth configuration, explain her to attach, dismiss the warning that the keyboard in the equipment list must be fitted, and do then cntl greenFN blueFN the chord, in order to form the keyboard discoverable. Then attaches it and the work on the keyboard, and I can change to another application and the keyboard work still. This must be done frequently enough, I let which enter range icon (the display areas, you, permit to get an application above immediately), beginning the keyboard APP. I believe that this is an expenditure with the way, which works on palm the OS. Other systems do not seem to need this manual restart of the drivers. As soon as that is done, so long the palm does not need to be reset, works the keyboard, as soon as it concerns - so long you another bluetooth device do not use. According to the release notes the palm Bluetooth support can speak with a device only one behind the other. If the keyboard is unused, it switches off after minutes of a pair. But, if you affect a key, it resumes communications immediately, without going through the menu. No., is it not a full sorted keyboard, and there are some compromises, but she lets a really good feeling possess, compared with many full sorted keyboards I even. If one opens the keyboard, the first thing is to be done to to extend palmtop the support. The small arm that on is feather-stored palmtop the remainders and slams behind a notice - if you it at this first notice like, give eight that you block the remainder with your thumb. There is a release on a side to open to the keyboard, a release on the top side, which keeps the keyboard and which must opened be released, if you liked to close it. Go simply slowly. There is an individual back discussion light. Away of? Keyboard is not attached. Chamfered Blinzeln? Keyboard is ready to attach. Do they slow Blinzeln down? Keyboard is attached. Red? Low battery. Simply to use simply and pour to work out. This is not PC a keyboard, and it is not a heavy stationary keyboard. One sells for, for which it, it is best from the brood.

starsGreat product, but incompatible with my Blackberry
I have to return this as I've bought a replacement (not nearly as sleek or with nearly as good an overall user feel) that is compatible with my company Blackberry. It would be helpful in place of "words with most newer Blackberry's" to include a specific list.

starsWorks With Nokia 770
This keyboard works well once you get it paired. In order for it to work, you need to download and install a Bluetooth plugin on your 770. This is where I found the plugin and instructions, http://770.fs-security.com/maemo-bt-plugin

starsA Fine travel keyboard
The keyboard works very well with my Samsung i-760. The bluetooth is instant (no delay) and the battery life is also very good. compact when folded, but nice button size when unfolded. The detachable stand is also very cool. I paid 29.95 for it and it was well worth every penny.

starsGreat little keyboard
I got this keyboard to attach to my Nokia N800. At first, I had a little problem with the sequence to get the devices to pair. Once I got over that little hurdle, everything was very smooth and natural. The keyboard mapping is a little weird, but you quickly get used to the fact that all the numbers and special characters are accessed through function keys. The folding mechanism seems a little delicate, and could be smoother. If handled gently, without forcing things, I can see it lasting quite well.

My one complaint is that they put a sticker on the thing that I have not been able to fully remove. There are still little pieces on the keys and a portion of it on the outside of the keyboard. I would have thought that they would use something with less aggressive glue.

I would fully recommend this keyboard to anybody who needs a Bluetooth keyboard. It works well, folds small enough to go in a jacket pocket, and the price was very low.

stars?
I have not been able to use said product, the thing has never work.. and I can't send it back.. a total waste of my money.

starsIGO KEYBOARD
This is a good product easy to use. I returned it because it was not compatible with my phone. I recommend this product.

starsNokia 770, n800 and n810 & the iGo Stowaway
The first impression of the iGo Stowaway was "WOW".
Bought on sale, the quality of this little critter jumps right out at you.
It is somewhat puzzling to open as well as to close (until you look at the pics in the directions).
A couple keys were sticking but some gentle tapping was all they needed to jump back into position.
The Keyboard was bought to accompany one of our Nokia Internet Tablets, an N800.
The folks at iGo are fairly quick to tell you that "We do not claim compatibility with this device" and do not recommend the use of their keyboard with the devices but once you get the critters paired, enough of the basic key functions work and the task of "keyboarding" on the n800 becomes much easier.
The biggest annoyance is the fact that the devices need to be paired (and paired again) prior to each use; they do not retain the setup info.
While not 100% compatible it does make basic keyboarding on the Nokia 770 & n800 a much easier task.
I would recommend the iGo Bluetooth Keyboards to anyone needing such an item.

starsGreat product once you get it unpacked
This product with a palm Treo 700wx, Verizon version and a Fujitsu Lifebook uses T4250, which lets Windows Vista business, version with 32 bits run. My report and experience confirm good compatibility with these devices. This is a good product, as soon as you receive it from its packing. It is certainly a good candidate for consumers reported "on oyster of prices." The machine half, which is quite the plastic housing for small electronics standard, but, where it exceeds, in the stickers is. It has to be one of the worst customs from stickers to which I saw at all; the instructions in, how one is the keyboard on an adhering sticker folds and spreads, which is rolled up around the product and over the keyboard includes. Removing the sticker left behind large Buescheln of goo and of paper, and it took good 25 minutes with "Goo, which one went," an expert solvent, which in small article memory was sold, and lengthy collecting over each key with the solvent and a papiertuch, in order to receive the product in useful job order. As soon as I received past that, although, I was in that the keyboard to keep enterprising without difficulty. Although its contained CD assumes, attach from a computer with ActiveSync, I in the situation goods to use Windows Vista mobile device center in order to receive it, in order to work on the first attempt. Evenly importantly, the software closed not inserted keyboard of my PDA of telephone. Not unexpectedly, the keyboard works only, if Bluetooth of my telephone is switched on. Those is kind of given. It is a rather direct device, without much bells and Whistles, and it does, what is to do it very well. I wish straight that iGo on a map instead of a sticker or on adhesive-less plastic strip would have set the instructions at least. As lateral note I found this product on sales here for few under $40 with shipping, which is essentially better than its usual list price around $100. I would like CNet's "Cheapskate" blog for it out show to thank. It is quite an agreement.

starsPerfect transaction
This acquisition went very well. I received the individual part as promised brand-new with specification and exactly dispatched, when it should be. The individual part was also many more inexpensive, than I could find at every other high-quality source, on-line or different.

starsAggravating packaging, but decent product
I've used the keyboard several times; it makes my Treo 700wx usable as the PocketPC its manufacturer and Microsoft intended it to be. Indeed, I can see myself leaving my notebook at home and just using my Treo--something that I would never have considered without this keyboard and the Bluetooth mouse from the same manufacturer (the total experience really requires the mouse).

But, there were a couple of aggravations. The first is the plastic shrink wrap--the kind that destroys non-industrial shears when trying to remove a product. The second was the instruction wrapper encircling the closed keyboard. The wrapper seemed to have had epoxy glue welding it to the case and to the keys that came in contact with it. I tried the usual ways of removing it. Used alcohol combined with elbow grease; cooking oil combined with the remaining elbow grease; and, finally, fingernail polish remover. That, of course, worked but at the cost of the attractive finish on the case.

The keyboard itself requires some getting used to. That's the cost of getting so much capability in a keyboard with essentially three rows of keys. I see no other way of achieving a full sized typing surface in such a diminutive size when folded-up.

starscool
I was sceptical about buying this. firstly about compatibility, and second, its functionality. On the compatibility side, i was happy to see the it worked fine with my Samsung SCH-i730. It isn't a sort've `plug and play' gadget. You must first install software. On the functionality side, it works great for typing. I use it to type lecture notes, or at the library. The downside is that you must always take a moment to connect it with your device. This means turning on its Bluetooth recognisability, and going into the installed keyboard program, and waiting a moment for it to `reconnect'. This usually doesn't happen, so you must hit `connect', select a couple settings; it takes a bit longer, but finally you're connected and can type. But if you don't use the keyboard for like 5 minutes, it loses the connection, and you have to go through this whole process again, which can be very annoying, and take your time away from a lecture you're attending. This may be resolvable, but so far it doesn't look that way. Otherwise, its a wicked keyboard and very handy.

starsGreat product - works with AT&T Tilt
This keyboard has been very handy - for me it has worked great with Windows Mobile 6 on my AT&T Tilt (HTC Kaiser). I got it for a steal as well... this was sold on Amazon for $100 less than from iGo directly.

I should have bought 2...

starsGreat Bluetooth Keyboard
It is easy to attach to both my MDA

starsEasy key
Good small keyboard. Works on large with my TREO 750 (window mobile 6) and well worked with my TREO 650 too(Palm OS). A little has keys from one learn-circles for the "function", but comes easily enough with use. Rather fully sorted however you do not improve letters certainly as the thumb board on the Treos for lots. Seats well in a large bag. I have it daily paper one approximately hour long, for which last month used and still has the original batteries. I recommend it for everyone, which has lots data input to do to on EACH POSSIBLE bag PC/Smartphone device. Amazon arrived to it at me faster than there estimated times for delivery also, so that in addition was wonderful.

starsGreat Concept - A Bit Bulkier then I thought.
Great ideal for a product, works perfectly and as advertised. I just think its another item for the bag with the laptop when you are traveling.

starsGreat

starsGreat little Keyboard
I bought this on sales for a price well below the suggested einzelverkaufes. Independently of it price, is this a large keyboard. To base worked with wenigem Getue with mine ipaq and my palm tx. simple to use simply. Using of numbers over a Fn key takes uses few received too, but the letter is large entire. Strongly recommended c.g

starsPerfect keyboard
I am very lucky with this keyboard. It works very well with my to bag PC telephone. The keyboard quality is very acceptably, fairly, as if you write with your laptop keyboard, very comfortably. It replaces simply my necessity to get laptop around. Combined with my bag PC telephone, I could do many more things. Few things, which could have done it: - instead of to use AAA batteries they could have used rechargable battery with the same mini USB aufladentor, in order to eliminate a getting of the extra loading unit. - you add a further key lines for numeric keys. I read straight recently that iGo stopped/discontinued this product has (to examine you please for validity of this information, I read her from a web site), this is quite sadly, as this is such an acceptable product. I would love to buy extra but the price change was raised up now into of Amazon nearly double as, when I bought it ($30). The price other where is over $120.

starsGood enough, great for the price.
Considering that it's about half the price of other Bluetooth folders, it's great. The release tab that allows you to unlock and fold the keyboard after use is a bit tricky (not a one-finger operation) and this particular one will, on occasion TyPe LiKe ThIs - but that could be a number of things and not the keyboard itself.

starsTravel light but in style
The Stowaway lives up to its name. It ships in a nice pouch to keep it clean and once set up provides a great means of writing reports, long e-mails, etc. on the go with just your phone. With my Nokia N95 (use the N73 version of the software and it works) and the Stowaway I've been able to deal with all of the urgent tasks and not fire up my laptop.

For larger tasks which aren't comfortable on a thumb-board the Stowaway ultra-slim keyboard is a fantastic choice.

starsiGo Stowaway
This product is a little disappointing to me. It does not work as well as I thought it. Needs lots of improving.

starsPairs well with Nokia N800
iGo Stowaway Ultra thinness Bluetooth keyboard for brombeere and other PDA/ Handheld. I bought this, in order to fit with my Nokia N800 tablet. First I could not explain out, how one fits, but, after I had done a fast small research (in the report section with Amazon), I represented the way out was in the layer to fit him with the Nokia N800. , I believed very few marks that there was any convict, but differently than those few times, he it well functions. Could have been much better, if they could have handled to set itself into a control ball in there!

starsi-Go keyboard review
I purchased the iGo Stowaway Keyboard for use with a Nokia N75 cellphone. Some of the functions on the keyboard obviously won't work with it, but everything that I need it to do works fine. The device has made the N75 much more useful and easy to use. Construction of the Stowaway keyboard seems adequate. I do wish that the keyboard would set a little bit flatter and not bounce some when depressing the keys on the far right of the keyboard. This is just a minor annoyance and is far outweighed by the ease of use with the phone. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and the feel of the keys when typing.

starsN800 user
Good product, pairs easily with N800, compact, makes the n800, especially with KDE, an even better small alternative to carrying a notebook for internet and minor office stuff on the road or average use.

starsGood luck installing this!
Doesn't work with Blackberry 8703E which the company declines to announce. Took a week to get through to support for me to finally get a hold of them after being on hold for 45 miuntes and then to have them tell me there are no drivers for the Blackberry 8703E. And then as far as the actual packing goes? Who's the genius that figured it was a good idea to put a sticker covering 1/4 of the keys on the keyboard? Did I mention that the sticker has something to the equivalent of industrial strength super glue on it?!?! I spent a good hour working on that just trying to get the remaining sticker off. Over all, I wish it would have worked but if you have a Blackberry 8703E, DO NOT buy this. It will not work. Also if you need help, set aside a good hour or so to wait on hold.

starsGreat keyboard for N95
I switched 600 from one treo to a N95. Together with a Mitsubishi PK20 the marks N95 a large representation gear wheel and most computers of choir in a short journey (you can use the projector to receive around a size equal screen) do projector. But it lacks a keyboard, the entrance lengthily forms. I had another actual size bluetooth keyboard and her worked well with the N95, but the size let it carry too largely along. IGo the keyboard is perfect. It fit well with the N95 without additional software together (I did not use the contained drivers CD - nothing to attach). Going from writing network addresses and from SMS on the numeric keyboard block, the keyboard is perfect. I did not do serious text processing on him, but I think that I mean computers after in my following journey leave. The keyboard lacks the upper 4. , therefore you must use row the function keys, in order to make numbers accessible, but does not disturb me. I did not have problems to remove the stickers which come adhesive to the keyboard. If I had not been two weeks with the telephone without it, I could find something weight, but at the moment it formed inputing for data as much more simply that I must give it 5 stars.

starsNot to shabby.
I have had only two compact keyboards, but this one seems to fit the bill. The key response is rapid, the battery life is decent and the overall feel of the keypad is good. Downsides include flimsy if not on a solid level surface, non-intuitive power on and number placement (one key off).

Be careful to read instructions when first opening. It could be easily broken if not done properly. Loaded software on AXIM X50v and it worked brilliantly.

Overall, I would certainly recommend this for someone who needs an occasional collapsible keyboard. I use it a couple times a week. If you needed it a couple of times each day, I think it would quickly fail mechanically.

Oh, and one last thing. Who ever is responsible for placing the sticker with non-release adhesive across the keyboard should be the person that has to come to my house and peel it off with their fingernails - you idiot!

starsProbably great, but can't get it to work.
Well we tried all places of assembly, which are mentioned for possible drivers - however the brombeere is so possibly an a yearly, can we it receive, in order to work, if we receive a new.

starsiGO the way to go
My phone is a Moto Q9c. It is an awesome phone that does everything I could want in a pocket computer. The one problem is the incompatability of my Giant fingers to the small qwerty keys on the phone. The iGo keyboard was the answer. While at work I just connect the bluetooth and can type away just like I'm on my desktop computer.
If you have a phone that you text and do email, etc.etc, you need a product like this. It is so easy to setup and use.
I'll take my commission for this adverisement now please.

starsExcellent
This is an excellent acquisition, which I can now pursue all enamels and character indications, without going spirit-ill, love I it absolutely, all my coworkers wish.

starsNot bad
For the money, this is a great item and a must have for mobile road warriors. I am using the iGo keyboard with a Blackberry Curve (8300).

Like others have said, there is a nasty sticker that covers both the outside cover and the keys that may never completely come off. When peeling it off the keys, it feels like the keys will rip off their fragile posts.

Also, as is common with Bluetooth, getting the two devices to communicate with one another can be tricky. I haven't used it a lot yet, so maybe I haven't figured out the right combination of button presses. But I hate when things don't simply "work."

The keyboard is fairly solid and certainly easy to type on, especially if you're accustomed to typing on a laptop. The keys are marked with several shortcut functions to launch tasks or apps.

This is a great item for anyone who wants a lightweight substitute for traveling with a laptop. While sitting in a hotel room checking e-mail, this is all you need.

starsExcellent Accessory
A little tricky to set up, is this an excellent accessory equipment. Used in connection with the Treo center, it replaces a laptop for attaching the notes in the university categories. Very nicely.

starsDecent, convenient, but not without flaws
Despite the many positive aspects of this product, met I unite problems on, which I think that people should be conscious. When I received it, the fast initial paper was stuck to him with an inexpensive adhesive, which not cleanly - get in such a way, if it tears away, the paper to it up violently and remains on the keys takes off. It is unbelievable pain, to the abzuputzen, and forms it for view terriblly. I cannot use solvents, because it would receive above between the keys and the rubber things. It normally takes some seconds of the key operating, in order to receive it "wakes up" and for my palm TX, in order to begin to speak also, it. This develops it unfavorably to whip for fast notes; I estimate that one corresponds to more to longer minutes. I type impacts of 65-80WPM last, and I find frequently, when, following keypresses writing two, it not second key-press registered. This results in many words with missing letters. I do not know, if it affects other devices; I tried it only on the palm TX.

starskeyboard, would rate minus 5 star
never worked..tried downloading all the repair files to correct the problems. don't waste your time or money. if you want other opinions, use google to search other web sites:-(

starsPerhaps not for HTC Touch
I bought, in order to see, if it would function with my HTC note. It is a large price, which is compared with other salesmen, but I am not able ge$$$WESEN, him to received, around my PDA/Phone connected zuSEIN. I think that the keyboard okay is and it can be an expenditure with my note telephone. I keep it, if I can keep any kind later from software "marks", too received in order it, in order to be located in connection.

starsGood keyboard, but manage your expectations
We've had this keyboard for about 3 weeks. There are two Palm T/Xs in our family, and we are going to share it while traveling. What is good is that it works as promised: connects to the T/X via the Bluetooth connection and seems to work in any program that can use text input. Also good is that it is as small and compact as a short paperback book, comes with a nice case, and so far, it opens and closes smoothly. What is annoying is that it takes a couple of tries sometimes to get it to connect to the T/X. You push three keys on the keyboard simultaneously to turn on the Bluetooth search, and it doesn't always find the T/X on the first try. Here's a little advice. Set the device you use with this keyboard to stay on rather than automatically shut down after a minute or two. My T/X normally shuts down after 1 minute if nothing is happening, and when it does, it loses its connection to the keyboard and I have to go through the Bluetooth procedure again to reconnect it. It also rocks on the outer edges of the keyboard as you type. Sort of like a rocky table in a restaurant. I've found it useful to slip something like a folded napkin under one side -- again like a rocky restaurant table. It's not a deal breaker for me. It actually helps make the typing sound not so loud. I wouldn't write "War and Peace" on it, but I'm a touch typist and I just can't get used to typing with just my thumbs, so this keyboard is great for me.

starsWhat a simple set-up :o)
I bought the iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard for Blackberry and other PDA/ Handhelds for use with my Nokia 770. The hardest part of the set-up was getting the "How to open & close sticker off the Keyboard & case".
1. I had already downloaded and installed the required Bluetooth Keyboard drive.
2. All I had to do is turn the Keyboard on as instructed.
3. Tap my Bluetooth Icon - settings - select Stowaway Keyboard (English)
4. Pair the two as instructed.
5. All the keys worked as indicated in my "First NO PECKING" E-mail.
6. Although I was getting good at pecking out a quick E-mail, this is much more enjoyable, even with my size 12 hands.

Great product, looks like it is well made and should stand the test of time.

starsUnsupported on Mac.
IGO maintains compatibility on the Stowaway, which is with the Mac Ultra thin, which is based on the trade mark on its data sheet. However after repeated attempts, to repair IGO maintains problems with its support now, they support only OS X 10,0 not to smooth 10,4!!. Is of course this requirement is a joke, how OS X was adjusted 10,0, this keyboard existed for a long time before. Work finely on my Nokia telephone.

starssticky situation
I bought this as weihnachtsgeschenk for my fiance. When it opened the plastic housing, I was disappointed to find over a large sticker clung over the keys of the keyboard and the caps bolting device looked clung or broken. After somewhat lengthy work goods we in the situation to receive the sticker away to received and the caps bolting device in order to work correctly. Despite the output concern the keyboard was very good. It syncs above with its Ipaq 2495b perfectly and was really handy. ErIST in the situation to use its pda in order to take notes in the category. It opens and closes relatively easy and views, as it is good quality and will be durable. _ when I try, on it write -- it give not much difference of one equal board. It is, smaller however is functional for a quantity letter. It has function keys, which accomplish a multiplicity of tasks and these seemed to impress my fiance as before compared with credit straight of the recording head. Entire I am much with this product. And although of Amazon a really low price, are not surprises you has, if you suffer from sticker impact, if you open the package.

starsNokia N800
This few work on the keyboard largely with my Nokia N800! It took me approximately 10 minutes, in order to speak it then on too received, with the InterNet tablet...... from the drop! Since the introduction of the N810 (with establishes in the keyboard), which the price is really fallen on the N800. IGo the Bluetooth keyboard repairs the only objection, which I with keyboardless the device... Saving me a pair of one hundred dollar between the N800 and the N810 had.

starsGood chance this will work when nothing else will
I took a probability and ordered this, although my mobile is not officially supported. While the marketing material on information is thin, the technical implementation is rather good, and it functions perfectly with my to SE P1i telephone. Officially you are to fit the keyboard with Symbian devices, by operating CTRL leftFN rightFN, and then a SIS document of the landlord device sends. But you examine this out: in order to fit with * any * other one bluetooth device, all must on the keyboard do is that press CTRL leftFN rightFN to it into the mating of the mode to be set to write one to snow-snowing those code like "1234" (you must hold leftFN the key down around this to do) to work to then come in. On the other device you enter the same code. Work perfectly. Other nice notes are the firm blockages and two positions for the removable location. This shows me that iGo engineers through roof width units a lot are. Although my telephone is unsupported, the device can do many more, than the marketing materials indicate. In order to be appropriate, the reason became, my certain device unsupported is fast obvious pretty: there is to turn off no way, the letter UIQ3 abbreviations in my telephone (one period four times in the fast order i.e. gives operates you a Etzeichen, straight like it on the keyboard of the telephone does), therefore could a beginner user by the behavior of the keyboard be confused, and there is, the nothing, can iGo over it do. It is continuous, although and the final result is that it functions. With this keyboard I finally came to the point that I box a touchtype long multi-side document on the run (or, if the battery of the laptop died), without difficulty. Quite amazingly for a pocketable device.

starsWhy did it have sticky labels on the keyboard?
I ordered two of these keyboards. Both came with strong to remove sticky stickers on the keys. It took an advised effort to remove the whole remnants. My two sonderlinge were very unfortunate.

starsGood Value but limited by drivers
I bought this to go with a nokia 770. I know the nokia isn't one of the 'supported' devices. It works ok as a generic keyboard since the nokia will pair correctly and can accept keyboard input over a serial BT link. It's just that many of the special functions do not work. For those, you need special drivers and there are no special drivers for the nokia at this time. For $30, it's a great value. I'll keep it to use on future BT devices that I might buy later. The form factor is also great. It folds up thin, comes with a nice zippered case, has a detachable device stand, runs on two AAA batteries. So it's easy to put in a pocket.

starsGreat Product
I recently bought this keyboard. It looks cool and it makes using your phone a lot easier. I travel by train a lot and it is nice to be able to surf the web and type with my Smartphone. I actually use my phone for web browsing a lot more now that I have a keyboard. Also, I can type word documents and edit them later. The only issue I have is that you have to type the function keys to get at the #'s it isn't a huge deal but it does get annoying.

starsDoesn't work with all blackberry's
I did not have a probability examine this product still, because it does not function with my brombeere (7130e). The text is little would amount to, because it says that it functions with brombeere. After receiving the product and trying hours long and reading off the literature, I designated the covering line and I was explained that it does not function with my brombeere. I was disappointed by the fact, none the literature with explain to you, it functions to which devices.

starsbluetooth

starsGreat keyboard
I bought this individual part, while it was on sales. If it were not for the lower price, I would not have disturbed to buy it. The work on the keyboard very well with my Sprinten note unit and connection is faultless. The answer to the letter slows down, if I write really fast, but those should not be a very large expenditure for me, since I do not use this for any kind document creation. Use it only for text transmission of news at the work or at home, if I mean unit load. It has nice characteristics, which, which is nice for the net, grazes that blog replys and forms away packed, it is permitted to abbreviations to the different characteristics a little very thinly largely, but. But its large size is necessary to have nice typable sorted keyboard. But it does not use key batteries, and consumption of the AAA batteries is really nice. I gave this 4 stars only, since it is rather expensive unit, but, if the price does not disturb you, buy the unit..., which functions it, as announces.

starsVery Handy
Use it for my Nokia N95-3 and it works very well.
A bit bulky since its not really pocketable but fits in any bags for easy transport.
Great for using it on airplanes since it is small and will not take up the entire table.

Some keys are very touchy since I noticed that the "E" button will press twice.

All in all a very nice product!

starsToo Cool!!!
I love this small device. Works on large. I on the jobs used it, which take notes, in which a laptop a choice was not real. Power generally my telephone to one ultra small and comfortable laptop. I bought it here with Amazon for $29 with free shipping. Worth double that, if you use it at all.

starsShop around first if this if for your Blackberry

starsHappy with the purchase
The product performed as described on the web site. What more can I ask?

starsVery Nice!
Large product! Works on large! Very small. Comes with nice leather case. A a little particularly involved, if it is however not adjusted above at the telephone too, badly. I would say that mine would be only grasp with it the sticker, which on the keyboard, when I pulled out him the package, left sticky material on tried Schnitzer of the keys... away was and keys of a pair... deleted

starsit works
I attached this with mine motorola Q and it functioned very well! some the key are programmable, which forms for simple navigation.

starsAdequate, with limitations
I bought this keyboard for my daughter, whom a Treo 680 has. I by it are tightened bluetooth Konnektivitaet and small size. I not normally am in to write to a negative report but this product ' operated my keys!" to operate (when I intended, ITS keys!!!) First and unfortunately in our case, this keyboard is compatible NOT with the Treo 680, although it should be compatible with most of the other Treos. to guarantee (examination to!!) The driver for this product started its Treo to enter, into which endless reloading loop and after many futile attempts, including soft resetting, it were necessary, in order to do a HARD resetting, the re-installation of the whole it programs required, (sky thanks for supports, therefore their personal data became!! again manufactured) this keyboard is with palm TX compatible, although, which is, which I have, therefore held I it. However it is to turn on fussy, and it takes frequently 2-3 attempts to connect it above by Bluetooth. As soon as connected above, it is adaquate as keyboard, although there is frequently a small convict (possibly one second or so) inside, if I write a letter and it onscreen appears, which can be annoying, to examine when trying, orthographies, etc.. The keyboard locks opened, which is large. However the bearing arm needs any kind of the blocking of the device for the PDA for the PDA, wackeln few few can arrange your PDA to fall from the arm more rueber or away. Not much a problem on a table, but, if you count opened "characteristic on the" bolting device to settle in order to help you, while "on the road" (car, surface, course, etc.), which is instability of its device a large handicap near, which forms each important work to it to impossible. Summary: Sufficient keyboard, but with some negatives. She would not buy, if I knew then, what I now white: The Stowaway Ultra thinness Bluetooth keyboard: * NOT with the Treo 680 * has the Bluetooth connection, those normally some attempts takes * takes also some attempts to switch it on and it * bad attitude for mobile device physically support on remain to let compatibly, is, the device slides away from the bearing arm with the smallest quantity of the movement... therefore not usable for use on lap, or during the clearance, in pits are "the characteristic opened by it sent" bolting device (satisfying at a stationary table or at a desk, although) on the positive side: * If you liked to enter straight data at your desk and your device are compatible, this would be a nice individual part which can be had. * It is definitely faster than grafitti or thumbpad (with smartphone) or knocking it it (with an old school PDA) * and, applicable to its name, he is very thin and compact; it slides easily into a purse or into a document suit-case iGo Stowaway Ultra thinness Bluetooth keyboard for brombeere and other PDA/ Handheld

starsworks with Palm T/X & how to conquer the sticker
Just got it. Love the design...compact and light. Seems to work pretty well with the Palm T/X, once I downloaded the driver from the manufacturer's (iGo) website and figured out how to use the function keys correctly to synch the darn thing (for a secure connection you have to enter a numerical code, which requires knowing to press the left function key to access the number row). My only concern software-wise is that my palm has had a few unexplained re-boots while connected to the keyboard (mostly when switching applications)...not sure what is going on there. I actually loaded the driver a week before I received the device in the mail, so it has been on my palm for awhile, and I have had no problems just by virtue of having it loaded, only when the keyboard is turned on.

I had read a lot about the infamous sticker and I am here to tell you it *IS* as bad as you hear...however, there is a way to conquer it.
Step One: Get yourself a cup of coffee and a snack and be prepared to spend 15 minutes or so.
Step Two: For the portion of the sticker on the keyboard, unfold a large paperclip, slip it between the keys, and gently lift from below. I freed up all the keys this way with nearly no residue left behind. If you get impatient and try to lift from above it will rip in an instant.
Step 3: For the portion on the back of the keyboard, it helps to have fingernails or a razor blad...just go slow...this part is more frustrating but also less important since it doesn't affect the keyboard function.

For the record I paid $30 for this on Amazon and the price doubled literally 2 hours after I placed my order...so if I were you I might wait for another sale. Well worth $30, probably even $60 though. All in all I am very excited. I now have essentially a functional laptop that can fit in my jacket pocket.

starsWorks on iPAQ 110/111 WM6!
I planned never on receiving a keyboard for my WM6 PPC (iPAQ 110/111) however, when I saw that this, which was sold for $30 supplied, did not explain I why not! I saw all objections over the intractable sticker and during I in the fact agree here that he was unfortunate, because I was not at least it that, which is large from a problem. Little, takes which and a little off, measuring LN way the cleaning agent (Goo one went working also) and the sticker was history (together with the painted trade mark on the outside cover, but, who for that? is interested)! It did not affect the key, which is the important thing. Anyway straight downloadet the drivers from the company place of assembly to my device, fired everything up and after some attempts (my disturbance for steering not the close attention on the instructions) worked it, how it should, no problems! Now I must find a comparable agreement on the small fitting mouse sad..., it am not worth $50 to me!

starsPerfect for Nokia S60 mobile phones and N810/800/770 internet tablets.
How many of us have to make this decision between a kind device the brombeere (full keyboard), or a telephone, which works really well and is comfortable to carry a shirt bag inside? This small keyboard forms really my Nokia n-row of telephones more simply to use for email and transmission of news than the Nokia e-row devices which have a full keyboard. I examined this with: Nokia of telephones: N73, N75, N76, N80, N81, N82, N93, N93i, N95 Nokia InterNet tablets: 770. N800, N810, which works it well with all. It functioned well enough that I gave away my Nokia BT folding keyboard and second of this ordered. Why only 4 stars? I would really prefer it, in order to be higher a little and have an extra row of keys instead of of duplication up the numbers. Also the sticky tape, which shows around the device you is rolled up, how one is it for the first time FAR TOO STICKY opens; it took me 45 minutes with Goo gone loose-will the thing.

starsWorks on Verizon XV6800 with Windows Mobile 6
This keyboard bought at a price, low enough, which was ready I to take the probability for something which is not officially supported. I downloadete the driver for the XV6700 and nearly all this works, as its also accepts you. Exception (s) are not the secondary ' blue ' functions (abbreviations) seem to work. E.G. the "J" key has additional functions (nearly all keys), as it the blue "Fn" key operates, are it "notes" and "Apps." On my PDA/phone, which the second abbreviation function "apps", I does not work, only you receive at all "notice" abbreviation. For me this is only a small expenditure, which would not estimate even the one reduction of star. The reason for the keyboard, which receives only four stars, is the absence of an engaged number row of keys. Entirely worth the extreme agreement Amazon had between Christmas and new years.

starsNot for Windows Mobile 6
They should add to the spec detail that it doesn't support Windows Mobile 6!

I found out only after I opened mine and can't return to Amazon anymore. If anyone want mine for $30 + Shipping, contact me.

starsWorks well with Nokia Internet Tablets
I use this keyboard with a Nokia 770 (OS2007HE) and a Nokia N800 (OS2008) without problems, as soon as I understood the procedure, which was used, in order to fit with a tablet. This keyboard differentiates very large for the usefulness of the Nokia InterNet tablets. Nits: It is a piece electronic origami, therefore you must be easy with it. The person, who sketched verpackenund the marking necessities to spend some months these devices with only its bare hands and teeth for tools unpacking and delabeling.

starsGreat item but watch for a sale
I bought this last year when the price was substantially lower. It works beautifully with the AT&T Tilt, and with the adjustable holder, can hold the phone in either vertical or landscape mode. This is a much lighter and somewhat smaller keyboard than I used with my iPAQ, but quite satisfactory -- it does what you want it to do, which is provide an alternative method of data entry and allow you to travel without a bulky laptop and still get real work done. Hopefully the price will drop again!

starsoverpriced and flimsy
don't bother... during the 2007 holidays, these keyboards were going for less than US$30, but immediately doubled in price... what you get is a flimsy arrangement that, albeit works, is not the quality one would expect for the inflated US$60+ price (other bluetooth keyboards are equally overpriced)...

do yourself a favor and get an Apple wireless keyboard - you'll be purchasing a quality product and a work of art at the same price...

starsNice keyboard - poor documentation
The keyboard is just about everything you could ask for in a keyboard -- the keys are springy, but with tactile feedback. The shell is extremely compact, and very sturdy feeling. When closing and opening the shell, a little bit of manual dexterity is required to depress the 'open' button while prying the keyboard open -- though I expect it to loosen up a bit over time. The battery cover is also very sturdy and I wouldn't worry about losing it or having the batteries pop out.

My one nit is with the documentation. There is a key piece of information missing -- you must HOLD DOWN the blue "Fn" key while typing in the passkey. If you don't, you'll end up very frustrated by "Could not pair" messages! Also, be sure to download any necessary drivers from the website, rather than use the CD version (which are outdated).

Good product, recommended with above hint.

starsnot compatible to N95
According to the information, which has these on reports from Amazon is made available, device of problems of compatibility with a quantity of devices, says the box that with is more is than compatible, misfortune the N95 to 5 hundred (pdas, smartphones) not with it compatibly. PLEASE LIKE THAT ENDSAYING, the WITH SYMBIAN COMPATIBLE IS -, it became compatible its, if it is compatible with ALL devices, which use this OS. It is a dishonor, because the small articles seem strong and well formed, and is more inexpensive than the NOKIA one

starsDoes not work with Palm Treo 700p!
FYI: For those who are purchasing this product for your Palm Treo 700p, don't! I was informed by Igo's (un)customer service that this product has been found to be incompatible with the Treo 700p. Be warned!

starsiGo Stowaway Keyboard
The keyboard does not seem, from the average quality to to be however works with Windows mobile 6 to the current time. I hope mobility releases a driver in the near future!

starsGreatest deal ever! (at least so far)
Up to now so well, I have it only for approximately 3 weeks had and up to now am I in the love with (1), how contract is it, in the case and in all dia. in my bag without the much added weight (2), it to synchronization is how simple, FAR more simply than, mine bluetooth syncing for quality reason! (3) took if the keyboard uses few received too, but, as soon as I received the case from him, it was not a problem! I recommend it or your telephone, if you really use a keyboard quantity during expanded time period. I do a quantity of actualization, to which documents exceed to draw and cause distribution elbows you up inside, thus for me are it a God send.

starsSpectacular
Absolutely fantastisch. Others weighted about credit of of two function (FN) keys to ensure to itself approximately from of numbers and of of special characters, of of etc.. I had no such troubles. Became nearly immediately used with the keyboard format. The keyboard for use with my tablet of the Internets N800 and the work bought flawlessly with it. Do not do a quantity of letters and work over them program, and troubles had. Distinguished.

starsAmazon's GREAT value for GREAT iGo Keyboard
iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard for Blackberry and other PDA/ Handhelds

Turn any Bluetooth compatible handheld mobile into a laptop. Send text messages or email via your handheld mobile just like a full scale laptop keyboard.

starsgood...but...
this is good for mine umpc, however if you must use fundamental Chinese kind, you cannot be regarded it are comfortable cuz, which you customs combination method need, numbers to enter.

starsiGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard
Just as other reviewers said, this bluetooth keyboard worked fine with my Dell X30, too. It's really cute. One star gone because they used cheap lable sticker on the keyboard and it's really not easy to get rid of it.

starsGood mini BT keyboard for PDA--Axim x51v
Everything is good as others here indicated. The sticker label is difficult to remove but you can use a tape to remove it.

If the keyboard is made of some light metal material, it would be much better. Keyboard input is prompt but a very little lag as compared with USB or PS2 connection.

I agree that this is the best PDA BT keyboard available now.

starsNice keyboard! Great price.
I have totally no use for this thing, but she was on supersales, thus snagged I him. Friendly center works and does exactly with my palm, what is to do it! It is surprising of that high quality.

starsGreat product for a great price!
Highly recommend this product. Got it for my AT&T 8525, and it worked right out of the box. The price is very affordable. The only problem I had was removing the stupid instructions sticker from the keyboard.

starsGood, but would be great if it were updated
Large strong Design in each aspect. After the mating it marks faultless immediate connection to your device, every time you open it. A guard for long, its quality appearance, who lasts it for age. I wish straight that iGO would begin to work on supporting of Windows mobile 6. It accomplishes, as a keyboard should and it is it core functionality accomplishes; but, I cannot find the drivers for my device or any other device WM6 for this way. I use at present the something similar, those, the device to work leave, do not let all function keys their purpose zweck-oder soft key support not carry to be exact.

starsWorks like a dream
I bought the IGo Stowaway bluetooth to keyboard for my Dell Axim 51v. The CD was simple to use, were fine the instructions, and my Axim recognized it immediately. No problems, smooth for a techo phobe like me. The keyboard believes strongly and well in an educated manner, although the little location, which pda sits on, believes a little weak. All in all, a large small keyboard. I do not have to receive used to the credit number row to one, but, it is you a quantity of numbers to write, is this not that, which is large from an agreement. The worst thing over it is that the keyboard had a sticker on their to explain as how one opens and him and torn up and left sticker adhesive of the sticker completely over the keys closes. Bad place to set to a sticker! Otherwise marvelous keyboard.

starsPS3 KEYBOARD
This keyboard is large. It is very small much coming to meet, schroff and. The exact size is too received to an idea of the size of it as your standard note book keyboard without the key sequence of the number (numbers to use you must press a function key). I think that the original purpose of this keyboard is pretty much the way of the dinosaur. I looked for a very small bluetooth keyboard for my PS3, which would be also enough schroff, to which it would not break the living room climate. When I saw this keyboard I new, it was exact, for which I looked. It was small, folded it away, in order to protect the keys, and it was bluetooh. I was not safe, if it would attach to my PS3, but, when it received here, I problems did not have, which so at all. They must only operate CTRL FN(BLUE) FN(GREEN) to go in order to set the keyboard attach inside mode and you are good. Since I mean for the PS3 used, I removed the PDA photograph device, which folds out, if you open the keyboard. She comes from very easy, no necessary tools. Although I did not buy this individual part for its original intentions, this keyboard is prefect for everyone from there wishes an inexpensive bluetooth keyboard for its PS3. OH- and by the way, this keyboard sold for atleast 3x's this quantity anywhere(don't believe me to examine google buying). Although it is inexpensive here, it is formed by the very high quality. I do not have an idea, why this individual part is so inexpensive on ebay, lucky I, which I estimate.

starsGet while the getting is good!
Had problems first because of using of software, in order to attach to HTC 8525. Removed software and discoverable straight in an educated manner. None more expenditures, exceeds far mine expectations. If, that, you a use for a device, how this is not you disappointed.Because of the large price, must it 5 stars give have.

starsAwesome keyboard
This is a great bluetooth keyboard for a PDA. I use it with a Pharos Traveler 525. It works great, its small, and the keys have a good feel.

starswell worth $30 -- maybe not the $90 I paid
Forwards I bought my 3 month for my n800, which intends, to use it for urgency connections. I used it only 6 or 8mal, and it is not desktop re-installation for safe, but useful not very steadily even on a desk.

starsWorks well with Nokia 770
I bought this to use with the Nokia 770 Tablet. Opening the keyboard was a little tricky and I was careful because it feels delicate. I don't have confidence this keyboard is built for hard use, but for occasional/regular use it will hopefully work well. The keys have a positive and responsive light touch. The key layout is a little different than standard ones, but OK. The small pocketable size when folded is awesome. The bluetooth synced up nicely with the 770 using the OS2006 maemo bluetooth plugin download. The price was the clincher. At 29.95 from Amazon, how can one go wrong for a bluetooth keyboard?

starsGood function
This keyboard is very good, it has some great macros that make it easy to use on PPC. (I am using it with a Dell Axim X51)

It is a bit larger than I had expected. Closed it measures 5.5" X 4" X .5"

And the other problem I had with it was the closing mechinism broke 2 days after I got it.

Overall, it is great. I would recomend, if you plan on doing a lot of typing.

starsiGO with Nokia N810 & PS3
Wished a BT KB for my new N810 and PS3. Amazon had it a very friendly price. LARGELY, work well connected with both, even it with my telephones. It was only downward arranged that the packing tape sticks to the keys. Be recommended IN HIGH ONE of DEGREES. Fairly can "no" key find, which my software me asks, to operate:)

starsWorks perfectly!
Works just fine with my Nokia N800 and Samsungs' Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PC Phone, even without drivers. For this price - bargain!

starsSmall Light and Easy
I use the keyboard with my Vaio (4 1/2" screen) because the thumboard is tooooo small.
It makes a great product out of a product which is marginally usefull without an external keyboard. It installed easily, worked the first time and is really cool, plus I can use it with my PDA if I want to. Pair this with the MoGo mouse and you have a complete tiny system. James Bond couldn't do better!

starsWorks Great with Dell Axim
I bought this for my husband who is a principal and he is now using it when he does classroom observations. After an hour of taking off the sticker, (I can't believe they would put stickers on the keyboard), we were able to pair the thing with our Axim and viola, it works WONDERS! Now my honey can walk into a classroom quietly, type some notes into the palm, and computer and print! No more walking around with notebook in hand (isn't that what the palm is for anyway?) Therefore, I would give this 5 stars for this little lifesaver except for the whole sticker thing which should have been more thought out...

starsFantastic with Motorola Q, sticker and stinky pouch suck, Store with batteries removed!
Works great with my Moto Q. Typing sound is annoying but easily turned off.

I also caution that you should probably store the batteries uninstalled. I put a brand new set of Duracells in it and they were dead a month later with almost no use (Just sitting in my briefcase) I discovered this at the start of a 5 hour flight and fortunately was able to cannibalize a set from my MP3 player. This only happened once so I can't say for sure that the keyboard sucked them dry.

What really annoyed me was the "Fold and unfold" sticker which had some sort of industrial adhesive. What a stupid thing to use. It took me 25 minutes with cleaning solvent to get that darn thing off. Also the black vinyl zippered pouch stinks like some toxic chemical. If not for those two things I'd rate it 5 stars

starsNice keyboard, lousy drivers
Hi, to let you know that this is a very nice keyboard, all of my co workers are looking for one. The only drawback is that the drivers are very lousy, it also loads up a mouse driver that you didn't use or have. The online support is non existent.

starsWorked within a half hour
I am really impressed with this compressed keyboard! It has a nice tactile feel and the drivers loaded straight over the internet. I had it working within a half an hour after I received it. The only bad thing about it is the instructions on how to open and close the keyboard came on a white sticky tape/adhesive, wrapping around the inside and outside of the keyboard. The adhesive was so strong, I scratched the cover and logo right off the silver-brushed casing. But I blame me for that.

The good news is that the keyboard still works, and the keys have an amazing amount of "travel" for such a small keyboard. The electronics itself is wafer-thin and it looks like it stands less than about 1/2" above the desk. The blue and green function keys are easy to get used to, as long as you don't scratch the lettering off the keys. The slash (/) and [Delete] keys are in the lower right of the keyboard and that is a bit awkward (the slash is to the right of the [Shift] key) but all other keys make perfect sense to me. The top row, QWERTYUIOP-=, shares the same keys as the numeric/punctuation keys. For example Q shares the 1 and !, W shares 2 and @, and so on; using the blue and green Fn keys. As long as you are not color blind and can't understand the difference between the Right-Fn-Key (blue) and the Left-Fn-Key (green), then I think you will like this Stowaway keyboard. Just FYI: I have a Dell Axim X51V, and like I said it was working in less than a half an hour. Here is another BTW: I have owned and operated a Belkin thumb keyboard with this same Dell Axim, and I stopped using it within a week of opening the package. I'd give the Belkin a two-star rating. Obviously I have a much higher opinion of the iGo Stowaway.

starsdoes NOT work with Blackberry
I bought the iGo stowaway with the high hopes of using this with my Blackberry 7250. I received it right away, and after spending about an hour peeling the sticker off the keyboard - who the heck thought of putting a sticker across the keys, I tried to set this up with the blackberry.

Unfortunately, though it seems to have paired successfully - the blackberry is not able to recognize or use any of the services in the keyboard. I went to the iGo website to obtain and install the drivers for my device, but still no go.

Either my company has a blackberry office policy that doesn't allow this, or the product is advertised incorrectly.

I give it 1 star for the lack of though in the stickers on the keyboard, and lack of mention of blackberry on the product literature included with the device (even though its advertised on Amazon as a Blackberry keyboard).

starscool device, questionably BB compatible
After reading off some other reports, I this device received yesterday and, was glad, to see that the sticker on the back announced that it was compatible with bromine berry devices. Those is the good message. The bad messages, which the driver on the CD-ROM did not work on with my BB 8830. And none the driver on iGO the web site seemed to work with this device. And the 2 mobile iGo keyboards on their web site had different model number, when of Amazon me sold. I loaded drivers from both of the other keyboards on iGo the web site, and try, to receive one from them to to work. After literally 2 hours I, had to received one from them to work with the keyboard and the BB. They must attach a sequence of 0-0-0-0 on both BB and on the keyboard (plus the ENTER)in order, to it "see to let". The other problem is to be set that iGo marketing peoples decided, a very sticky sticker directly on the keyboard and a number of the keys, including which 0 covered key, which was required for the mating of the keyboard and the BB. It took other 30 minutes with a sharp measurer, unites fingernails and something Nagellackremover, in order to receive most of the sticker and goo under it away from the keyboard to. The other complication is that the function keys seem, which are printed on the keyboard, to be more attached for palm and other devices than for BB devices. I wish that it for all functioned. I suggest the fact that you think long and hard of this keyboard because some these problems is rather annoying.

starsNot compatable with all Blackberries
On I purchaced unite weeks before for my BB 7250. When it arrived, I became excited, but that was short-lived. First, when I opened the individual part, it a warning sticked gave, which was rolled up half way around the keyboard. As I it, it link reminants completely surplus keys and the back of the keyboard removed. First are the drivers, which come on the CD, for PPC and palm. There are no bromine berry drivers, which in the package although the unit conditions are enclosed specifically that it is for brombeeren. Thus I go on the web site, driver... To downloaden assumption, which, there no drivers for my telephone is. I can fit the keyboard with my brombeere, but she does not recognize me writing. I downloadet even driver for other brombeeren and I cannot receive not her, in order to work. It can work on large for others, but it does not function at all for me.

starsWorks fine on Pearl 8100
This thing is a life rescuer. I used quite too, on the bead, but attempt to write for limiting it because of the keys. But with this thing, I can write all day. It takes little receiving used too, but improved as SureType. Place to attach the drivers of iGo the web site surely (sadly I do not have the connection), before you try, simpler marks the life to fit.... Tom

starsno title
This is the all first thing, which I write on my new thin bluetooth keyboard, which I must say am quite sweetly. First impressions: This thing is really freaking small, regarding the keys, is size equal. This is comfortable shockingly to write on. Usefulness 9/10 -- function keys (f4 f12 etc. lack.)... Old f4 is terriblly unfavorable. The numbers are hard to also write but those came the okayursache, those as much away these from the upper row marks the smaller of the thing..., over of it to think leaves there, is better one numlock key thereby marks it. Another thing, which I considered, is that she comes with a sticker surplus some the key, those, if you tear it away from him to terrible sticky remnants up leave, which always take, in order to remove, it am you goo went. Installation was read the instructions very simple fair. I use this on windows.xp and the only durable thing was to explain from which you had to operate leftFN rightFN control, in order to activate this thing. Locking thoughts: over all very ehrfuerchtig.

starsNOT BLACKBERRY COMPATIBLE
iGo Stowaway Ultra thinness Bluetooth keyboard for brombeere and other PDA/ Handheld received this than gift, and spent more than one hour trying, away from the sticker to take off, the OVER the keyboard was set. 25% the key were covered into the unremoveable sticker remainders. With poisonous goo gone, but not worth the effort finally removes, since the product NOT (although it indicates that it is in the product name), as my newer exemplary brombeere is compatible. The staff customer service of the product was completely useless, and explains to me that ALL drivers on that had become outdated to CD and that my newer exemplary brombeere with any other occasional product was only compatible, it offered. DO NOT DO IT, it is you (A) an unusually high tolerance for collecting stickers away from the computer keys and (B) not really a keyboard needed, which you can use!

starsNot Universal...
I bought this keyboard for a Treo 700p and am not not able ge$$$WESEN to receive it in order -- the software, on the CD and their web site to work on, is in the window format, and I have a Mac. The web site, at it directly at the telephone to arrive is defectively and it know not, when it is locally fixed.

starsGreat Item, Complete with the Most Annoying Sticker of All Time!
I received straight this individual part from Amazon, and it is very nice, with exception of a thing... thought someone in the product development that it would be a large idea, for setting a industriellen strength sticker over the keyboard and the exterior of the individual part. It took me over one ½ hour, in order to remove the sticker manually, and it has still remnants everything over 9 keys on the right side. Plus, as trying, the remnants of the case with any goo, which one went, it removed away to receives the IGo trade mark and in such a way ruined the front side of the case. For $90 I would have thought the fact that someone could have spec'd from a removable sticker or already, no sticker at everything, simply card/placard improves you, which would show, how one opens him. This is terrible and I is made totally dissatisfied, which my brand-new individual part thanks $90 to someone bad planning is ruined.

starsWorks with the N770 with no issues
I just wanted to add my own confirmation for anyone thinking of buying this for the N770. It worked out of the box. I am specifically referring to the XTBTUEI version of the keyboard, because I had a lot of reservations before ordering it if there was something different about it from the XTBTUE version. I was worried that what looked like people saying this keyboard worked with their tablet might be them confusing one with the other. So again, I am talking about the XTBTUEI version that says it is for Blackberry's. I only installed the Bluetooth add on to my N770, which took about a minute. I opened the keyboard, put in the batteries and told the N770 to connect using the new icon at the top of the screen for bluetooth. It is just like the network icon. I pressed and HELD the ctrl-blue_fn-green_fn keys on the keyboard and a light at the top of the keyboard started to blink. The tablet connected and I was connected and started typing. It is that easy. I didn't need to enter codes or pair with device or anything like that, it just worked. I have been wanting one of these keyboards for my tablet ever since I bought it, because I had one on my Palm and it was awesome. I can't believe the price this was.

Also worth noting, the original packaging doesn't even mention Blackberry devices. It says on the front, Ultra-Slim bluetooth keyboard for smartphones. The only mention of the Blackberry was a sticker stuck on the back of the packaging on the outside with a barcode.

The original packaging also says....
Truly universal - works with almost any bluetooth enabled device. (note it doesn't say almost any bluetooth enabled smartphone)

starsbest thing since sliced bread, and about as big!
this is an excellent product. on the upside
- getting started, ok: a little work to load drivers, though even i could do it, and im technologically challenged at best
- connecting, terrifically easy: once you've downloaded and installed the right bits, hit a couple of buttons on the keyboard, the same on the blackberry and you're off to the races
- typing, magic: excellent, solid keyboard
- stylish: really hot design. small, thin, brushed aluminium finish, scratches barely show, eye catching. a real conversation starter!
- long battery life: many many many hours
on the downside;
- no mouse-like function
- bunch of symbol keys require you to hold down the function buttons, which is how they kept it so small
- when youre hitting the keys at the edge of the keyboard (a, l for example), it sometimes wobbles a bit, if its on a flat surface. no such problems if its on your lap
on balance, a brilliant buy! i am delighted with my slinky new keyboard

starsDesign Brilliance Marred -- literally -- by Packaging Cluelessness
This is my third Stowaway keyboard, having used earlier IR and Bluetooth models (both great). The Think Outside engineers are a clever bunch, creating a full-size keyboard that folds up ever so elegantly into a package you can pop in a pocket. But somewhere along the line, evidently, Think Outside executives figured that an all-genius staff just wasn't going to cut it. So they hired, shall we say, someone a bit challenged upstairs. And, alas, they put him or her in charge of packaging. If you're reading this, you've no doubt already read about the sticker that's affixed to this keyboard. It's all true. It's a mess. If the Space Shuttle used glue like this, there would never be any problems with tiles falling off. That said, stickergate isn't fatal. The sticker covers just a small part of the keyboard real estate, and if you peel and scrape and pull carefully -- someone here suggested using a blade in the gaps between the keys to pop the sticker up; a good idea -- the residue left on the keys is fairly small, and can be cleaned up in a few minutes. It's the underside of the keyboard where you're going to find the grief. I'm still scraping off mine. Fortunately, it's on a part of the base that is covered both in use and in storage, so it's just annoying, not unsightly. For $30, this is still a great buy. But, really, Think Outside, everyone who had anything to do with this bonehead idea needs to be seriously scolded. I'll write more in a year or two when I've removed the rest of the sticker. Sigh.

starsWorks great with Vista
First me around this product one ensured, which does not work for PC. As soon as I received it, I worked flawlessly with Windows Vista. Work, which surprises center with my main maintenance. I did not want those to normally be-end wireless keyboards receive, therefore I thought that this would be perfect (she up to now is). The following step is to see the battery life and the life of the keyboard.

starsGreat keyboard, carefull with the instructions sticker
If this keyboard received today and it the straight large work, it simple to synchronization it was with my x51v, was I able to use the keyboard and the net over BT to surfen at the same time, and closed are simple and rather fast again on. It would be a 5-star, if iGo did not use this inexpensive paper sticker over the front housing AND the keys, around users as to open/CLOSE to instruct it. No matter how careful you are, it would tear up away completely to remove as trying, it. Now to leave I discovery, which tries, the lumps of the adhesive and the paper the keys and the aluminum cover, without scratching it.

starsNaysayers: it works great on my Blackberry Pearl!
Hi All,
THIS KEYBOARD WORKS FOR MY BLACKBERRY PEARL 8100 PERFECTLY!
I was certainly hesitant to buy this product. Even though the description said Blackberry, there were a couple of reviews here that say it won't work for Blackberries, including my beloved Pearl. Well, it works wonderfully. The Igo website has the download for the Blackberries, and after about 1/2 hr (I'm fairly computer illiterate) of fiddling around, I got it to work. It didn't help that I initially installed the supplied batteries backwards! After putting them in properly, the keyboard still wasn't working, so I put new batteries in the keyboard, so that did the trick. I love how the keys feel and I can type as fast as I want to-which is great as I have used keyboards in the past for my old Palms (I got my first one in 1999) and I had to type a-t a s-l-o-w, d-e-l-i-b-e-r-a-t-e p-a-c-e. This is nice!

starsRemarkable Little Wonder!
I was cautious to buy this keyboard at first, expecting a cheap little plastic gadget. Setup for my device was not very simple: The provided software failed to work with my device (ATT Tilt). Not wanting to be out this amount of money, I checked out the company's Web site for updated drivers. Although the Web site did not list compatibility for the ATT Tilt (or the HTC model equivalent), I downloaded another driver for an HTC model, and it worked flawlessly. Setup time was about 20 minutes in total, in terms of failure, tracking down the right driver, and going from there.

Once connected, this thing is amazing! It is so intuitive! As a computer-programmer myself, I like how the software is "smart." It just works...well. The function keys are a neat plus. (FN+Word) to open up Microsoft word...Cool! The folding mechanism seems a little fragile, but for a device of this size, that is excusable. I hope (and think) it will stand up well. When collapsed, it is pretty small too. Imagine 3 US passports stacked on top of each other. Open it up, though, and it has most of the functionality of a real keyboard!

I highly recommend this keyboard to anyone whose phone is compatible or who has some computer skills to get it to work if not listed as compatible.

starsSuperb Technological Achievement
You know how it goes. You read about this cutting-edge piece of technology that all the tech reviewers are swooning over, allegedly manufactured to the highest standards from the finest materials known to man. So you bite and then it self-destructs within days and/or never performs even close to the level you were lead to expect.

The Think Outside Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard is the absolute antithesis of the above. It's a reassuringly solid, well-designed piece of technology that works so well that it feels like you're getting way more than you paid for.

For its size it's extremely solid, suggesting lots of metal, a good thing in this era of flimsy plastic gizmos. My Cingular 8125 PC phone connects to it every time, the feel and spacing of the keys is excellent, it doesn't bend in the middle when I'm tapping away on my lap, it doesn't slide around on a flat surface and it securely holds my PPC phone in either portrait or landscape position. The PPC holder even detaches so you can set the unit somewhere else when it's convenient.

I'm writing a couple of novels and now do all my work on the 8125 since the Stowaway lets me work practically anywhere, using a comfortable keyboard that's at least the equal of the one on my Toshiba laptop.

It's simply one of the best-built pieces of engineering I've ever had the good fortune to use.

Highly recommended.

starsSprint Mogul
Works on large with the Sprintenmogul. The web site does not register the Mogul, as one of the products, which it functions with, but I could do the Cingular of 8525 drivers use themselves found. My only objection is the terrible sticker, which they set to it. I had to use WD40 to remove around it!! Otherwise the keyboard is particularly unbelievable at this price.

starsgreat for portability, not that great as keyboard replacement.
Up to now I used only this on my ps3, which I write on at the moment. I am a little depressed with the speed, which is that I must writing slower than normal. I am more typer a pretty fast, therefore I estimate that most people would not consider a difference. I find it to also frustrate that I must strike fn the key, in order to in-tap all possible numbers. Up to now the right fn key doesnt work correctly, since it does the same things as the left (they are to have different functions, therefore I cannot form ' ' at the symbol or at most other general symbols as). They pack it also with a sticker, which expands from back to the front side on the keys. This sticker is very hard, without it away to receive goo everywhere violently tearing up and leaving. I hold also to strike the high arrow if I go striking the right shift key thus if it any Typos in this report gives, which probably why is. It seems little, which is fragile, if opened and it closes. I was frightened, in order to close it first time, because it would have broken like it for those postives seems now. It is a clay/tone, mobile keyboard. It seems like it can an appropriate quantity abuse resist. It comes also with a filled up basic case, which is quite nice. It is also really nice to have in a the position zuSEIN, a keyboard instead of using, the control desk ps3, in order to in-tap text. For the distance I left approximately 30 foot and the signal had by some walls to exceed and esWAR still adequately. It seems to be with many devices compatable and their customer service takes suggestions, so that other devices form drivers for. For the ps3 and windows.xp and Vista, you do not have to downloaden drivers. After attaching they to the ps3, look you to the lower surface of this report. The keys are somewhat smaller than a material keyboard, but them are quite close and seem, my nice hands to fit quite. The keys are also nice and springy. She comes with removeable location that you can stand still it pda/phone on, while you write. Since I use this for the ps3 at the moment, I preceded and eliminated it. Entirely, I find this, in order to be a large purchase. I received it for 28 dollar and others would buy, without over it thining. It seems like it is large for on the way, but for one completely function keyboard is not it large that. For mobility I give it 5/5 and an entire 4/5 because of the few negatives, which are registered above. For the price this is definite bluetooth keyboard a theft. Attach to the ps3: - go to the accessory equipment under the ps3 menu - bluetooth accesories then register chose bluetooth device - more chosen keyboard/mouse then success Scan - you operate CTRL left fn right fn and wait you that a green light flashes - it types the number, which comes above on the ps3, the device to register and success registers - one fits with the ps3 and will function now, whenever you can be opened it.

starsBlackberry Pearl Users Beware
iGo does not have a driver, which works with bromine berry bead models. I did not approach even with their Techunterstuetzung and it give plans to even receive to. I was impressed with the Design of the keyboard. I really wished that it would have functioned with my brombeere.

starsDoes not work with the latest Blackberry Curve 8320!!
I got this product under of Amazon a gold box agreement. After I received the product, I find out: * The connection practicing RD air of the driver is defectively (of the Igo Tech support) * the CD, which comes, is also outdated ((of the Igo Tech support) * although of Amazon announces it as "for brombeere", functions it not with the newest bromine berry models!!!! Their web site says that it supports the curve 8300. Do not make the error from thinking that it functions for the whole 8300 row. The Techunterstuetzungsperson said that he does not consider any present plans, this model to support and I should it to Amazon return. I not even receive a rueckerstattung to Ofcourse, since I opened the keyboard, from Amazon. I wish, when of Amazon presses a product by a high profile "gold box" agreement as keyboard "for brombeeren", it would settle a better work of warning its customers of such import and product support exceptions. Very much disappoints over IGo and Amazon. The complete affair really sucks.

starsWorks with PS3!!
I bought this on a gold box special on the hopes it would work with my ps3 and low and behold it works!! Sitting from 15 feet away doesn't seem to be a problem. Comes with a nice leatherish zipper pouch and a removable phone/pda stand. Finally an online gamble pays off. :)

Only 1 bad thing is that the sticker that shows how to open & close the case leaves a sticker residue that is a pain to clean off... some goo gone, a paper towel and a toothpick got it off on about 15 minutes though.

starsGREAT keyboard, but with a fatal design flaw...
This is a very large small keyboard, which works friendly (normally) with my brombeere 8830. It strikes opened by a small small thing in to a comfortable size keyboard easily, which you can write really on. It has Abkuerzungschluessel, which mostly work -- although on my brombeere, some the key different things do not do you to be supposed as it seem it, a key to give to discharge to the Inbox and the Bluetooth connection falls down and again attached everyone must be now and then. Attitude and installation were simple with the bromine berry universal drivers, which were downloadet by iGo the web site. Normally I would particularly give this 5 stars, at this large price. BUT... decided any rocket scientist to iGo, a large, friendly to set ", how one uses me" stickers over the keys and the case. It is a nice thing to do to but, instead of using, post it, adhesive could thus you the sticker easily remove, it used industrialist strength price sticker adhesive, which DO NOT GET. If it removed the sticker, one broke off the key. Amazon formed well on it and replaced it, but the manufacturer was completely uselessly rejected in this regard and to do everything over it (I think that iGo or supplier Amazon with the bad stickers it must have had a large inventory of these it on Amazon at a break of the original price emptied, which is, why the price with everywhere here otherwise so much low am compared, and which also is, why the web site of the manufacturer is sold out on these in the instant) if you this received, REMOVING you the STICKER VERY MUCH CAREFUL and plans you on him one while taking. I found that RUBBING worked better than scratching, but it was still impossible to receive naturally the whole remnants away and I damaged the key. This is enough a constructional defect that my evaluation goes down from 5 stars to 2 stars.

starsa nice looking piece of junk
I suppose this keyboard would be nice it it worked with my blackberry. The item description indicated that it would

I even went to igo website and entered my model of blackberry and downloaded the driver it supplied and it didn't work. I too recieved one that had a sticker super glued to the keyboard. It took me an hour to get the sticker off only to find that the keyboard didn't work with my blackberry. It is on return now. If you are one of the lucky few I supposes it is nice but for most people it seems not to work.

stars17 Steps to WOW on your Nokia N800
, the Nokia N800 since April 2007 having. From all technology, which I bought over some years, (at least in my case) one of the most useful individual parts are been I at all possessed. When Amazon set the Igo Stowaway ultra thin keyboard on the agreement section, it was irresistible. In the spirit of Amazon arrived in an affair of days. After trying a pair of the hours to fit the devices and the constant which are I googling, it was sad that such would not work a possible adding to the N800 straight. I went against-striving over preparing my new keyboard for a return. Printed out the back getting vouchers. More attempt I said to me. Eureka!! 1. Go to the tax lining on the N800 2. Click ' small articles keyboard ' (OS 2007) or ' Bluetoothtastatur ' (OS 2008) to 3 on. Preselect ' generic 105-key PC ' 4. In tax lining clicking ' Bluetooth ' (pair can click, if, OS 2008 using), 5. Guarantee that ' Bluetooth ' is examined and ' visibly ' 6 is examined. Click at key to ' devices 7. Click at key ' new ' 8. on the Igo keyboard hold down you the left control code, to the BLUE ONE fn keys and the GREENS fn keys at the same time 9. A GREEN LED over the T key begins to flash. 10. Nokia N800 shows ' memory outside of keyboard ' 11. Lift ' think outside of keyboard ' 12 out. Click ' OKAY ' to 13 to ' pair with device ' dialogue appear 14. Notice the password NR. 15. Click to key ' OKAY ' 16 on. When holding the BLUE kind of the Fn of key down (Zahlunger register), which noticed the password as you in step 14. Then come in success. 17. He Presto have you now a size equal keyboard for your N800, which I gave it 4 from 5 because of the controversy of the calculation from specified the above and it has some Verschrobenheiten, if it sides scrolling. Entirely it is an appropriate adding although even if folded larger than my N800 by a tariff or two. Not badly for a full sorted keyboard!! You find hope this useful BTW, which is the sticky material on the keyboard material pain, to away to receive!!

starsVery compact, nice bluetooth keyboard
First off, I'm typing this review using the keyboard itself, paired to my Mac Dual G5 running OS X 10.4. This keyboard feels a lot better than I expected, and the key spacing is the same as a normal sized keyboard, which is remarkable, considering how small it is when folded up. I would describe the feel of the keys to be similar to a laptop's keys, but they are a little stiffer and make slightly more noise when pressed. Pairing the keyboard with OS X was easy, and the key combination for making the keyboard discoverable is printed in small type on the label that's on the back of the keyboard. The quick start manual is very brief, and I did not find it to be very useful. I haven't bothered to examine the contents of the included CD, since I didn't need it to get it working on my Mac; it probably has Windows only software on it anyway, but I will hang onto it just in case I need it later.

My main complaint so far with the device was the difficult to remove instruction sticker on the keyboard's keys and exterior case. It's very sticky and I spent a good amount of time getting rid of all the residue using some rubbing alcohol. It's true that the left and right wings of the keyboard are unsupported, but during the typing of this review, I have not had any problems with the keyboard rocking left and right. If you are an extremely heavy-handed typist, you may have problems. The other problem I've noticed is both the "FN" keys, used for typing special characters, don't work quite right in OS X. They register as the letter "a" when initially pressed, but after that, they do allow for the input of special characters. This is a minor nuisance and may be correctable through software, but I haven't researched it yet.

Since I don't have a smartphone (yet) to use with the device, I removed the flip stand, which snaps off with a moderate amount of force. The keyboard also comes with a zippered black case for storage, which was an unexpected bonus.

Overall, I give the keyboard four stars, but for the price offered by Amazon during their recent Lightning Deal, it's probably worthy of five stars because of the excellent value for the dollar.

starsDoesn't work for Blackberry
Customers should note that this device is not plug play. Rather you must attach a suitable driver on their hand, in order to form it for work, and your mile number varies dependent on, which model and which version of the operating system use your telephone. Finally I could not receive this thing, in order to work with my brombeere 8700c. Some coworkers, who ordered it, had similar expenditures with their different models of the brombeere. Examine from the discussions, which indicate similar experiences. Also there is something controversy information from iGo the support whether they support even brombeere for this model. I return my. 12/6/07 update: Another person (Marco) gave correct practicing RD air to drivers admits (connection is into the discussion forums). IchWAR in the situation to receive the keyboard in order to work, but it was extreme frustrating and non-intuitively. I still do not recommend me, but it "functions" on my 8700c, which lets 4.2.1 run.

starsdoes not work with blackberry 8703e
iGo Techunterstuetzung informs me that this "Stowaway Ultra thinness Bluetooth keyboard for brombeere and other PDAs/Handhelds" (words Amazon) does not support brombeere, independently of which Amazon can say. In particular I have a brombeere 8703e, which works not with the keyboard and is officially unsupported, according to Techunterstuetzung. She is, not as I did not try. Even after I mean bromine berry enterprise operators admin received, in order driver the characterized 8703e to base and it keystroke injection permit and prettily much otherwise everything and it really lasted the time to read the BES admin doc document which became to provide with stowaway the driver, and I him successfully managers bluetooth the brombeere had using fitted (recommended as by the Stowaway driver APP, which is in each possible case, which is not capable, to the keyboard after days of trying each erdenklichen combination with or without that the BT, manager to attach and reloading, terminating/restarting the driver, etc.). I would like so badly, so that this thing works. I spent much time at the telephone with Techunterstuetzung. I looked for google and read forums. I have a collecting main degree in the CS and in 30 years computer experience, and I am not a person, who easily above (days on this unfortunate effort have spent) gives, but the problem is, functions it straight and does not show no light not at the end of the tunnel. Reasons am unfortunate I: 1) is lame it that I must have a driver in the first place. Bluetooth keyboards should work straight. 2) there no bromine berry driver on that is CD, which dispatched it, of Amazon markets the keyboard as supporting brombeeren. 3) the OTA driver Web site recommends it into the fast initial leader return a not found announcement 404. 4) does not permit the web site me to punch in my keyboard model number. Instead I must select an illustration of my keyboard. Not very reliably. It gives me a choice for a brombeere 8703e. Why is this choice there, if it is unsupported? iGo support says, which is an illustration of a Shasta of model, which is somewhat different apparent as the model XTBT01, which sent straight of Amazon to me. Everything, which I know, is good that they show two illustrations, and my keyboard looks like on left and nothing as on the right. 5) if I explained Techunterstuetzung UP front, which model I had, and they explained to me the fact that that not it not until 15 minutes into the call was supported, when they went through their own web site with me to do in order to apparent cause me, a freshness installs you of their APP again, although I did it already several times, before I asked over for the BES admin, over by the BES to be pressed to version to set up a reliable (if keystroke injection is permitted). Thank support! I am sure that the BES is lucky admin to repeat its work... But I go saying together with these Scharade and in a course her to "Aha! Their keyboard is not supported. It must be our new shasta model. Their model was stopped." OH -, obviously. They would think, which would be the first thing, those, it with the beginning of the discussion would examine, when I explained model number to them. Well I knew that it would give sooner or later shafting. 6) except the obvious carelessness in marketing this device should have like "for brombeeren" of Amazon a renouncement over requiring of cooperation of a BES admin also it to work for enterprise users. Because, although I was in that to reach this realistically not everyone is a position to do to so. They should know this upfront, before they lock the acquisition. This warning should mark, up there by its lucky editorial reports managing. 7) let think of Amazon me that I had up to a certain time for this "lightning agreement" to react. But actually, he is still $30. It did not go to support to $70 or $150. I think that possibly they should have mentioned or "stop the words" Closeout "". OH- well -- possibly I was naive. 8) should have written iGo its APP in such a way that it that my device was unsupported and straight was not over whitelist also obvious. It should determine, when it depends the techniques on failing, and informative announcements of the product. Also documents should continuous to be, which should work OTA connection, the web site should not a driver, if them are not supported, to etc. offer. The worst thing is, I explained to some friends over the agreement, it me so now view-bad will educate. P.S. the fact that stupid sticker was a disappointment would not take off away cleanly --. I hate the remainder of also pack.

starsMisleading information!
I ordered this on the acceptance, which it with all wrong bromine berry devices - would function! After many frustration and a 1hr ' you ' stop with Techunterstuetzung IGos, which permit them that only with models ' few ' of a brombeere and do not mean it 7130 functioned. W \

starsNo Blackberry driver
I fought with trying to receive this thing in order to work with my brombeere 8700g during some time. I even preselected and downloadete a driver, which site for bromine berry devices on the product Web was registered. After a quantity of frustration, I finally received my brombeere to receive in order to fit with the keyboard, but she would not recognize however her, when I tried, her in order to connect with it. I approached iGo product support and her informed me: "unfortunately, we have not a driver for this device at present." I up on this keyboard much time in such a way to waste finished, those are accepted "for brombeere and other PDA/Handhelds." By the way the cardboard that it functions with bromine berry devices, gives not only with Smartphones on. A rather incomprehensible bar code sticker on the back indicates, in the small letters that it functions also for brombeere. In my case although, back he goes, which is really a dishonor, because I differently and I like the quality of the individual part, is surely that I could have formed good use of it. In the central time I estimate that I hold to look. ZuletztBIN I also in agreement with the other rezensenten, who over the stupid sticker ventilated, which, they set on the unit. It is stuck to the keyboard and to the front surface and is to quite remove pain.

starsTook me quite a while to pair it but it works since then
The manual is not very helpful and there is an easy-to-forget instruction in the back of the keyboard. Two ends of the keyboard cannot touch your desk surface so don't type too hard. The instruction sticker is very sticky and hard to peeled off.

I bought it as an external keyboard for my Nokia N800. The steps to pair them are following:

1. In N800, goto Tools->Control Panel-> Hardware keyboard, select 'Generic 105-key PC'
2. Install batteries into the keyboard and fully open it.
3. Same control panel of N800, follow Bluetooth-> Devices-> New to search and add new devices
4. N800 should find the Stowaway keyboard soon, it will prompt pairing it with a passcode provided on screen
5. On the keyboard, press three keys: Control, FN (green) and FN(blue) simultaneously and type in your passcode in the meantime, do not forget to press Enter key afterwards.
6. Done! There should be a green light blinking on the top left edge of the keyboard to indicate it is working.

starsWorks great with Nokia 770
This product works on large with the Nokia 770 (InterNet tablet). It has a large feeling, if it -- calmly, but with groping and noiseless clicking -- writes folds up to single stretchers a size, and looks pretty styleful, also. I like also that the fold PDA support location can be removed, if you find a better arrangement for supporting your mobile device. Downward arranged (very slightly): If you do a quantity number crunching, receive the keyboard with the engaged number keys; otherwise numbers is to register a little annoying and requires a press of the left Fn of key before each number entry. Also the bolting device, which is required to be used in order to fold the keyboard support, is a little hard and believes, how it could be the verletzbarste for breaking. It was improved by a push button kind release in place of the dia. bolting device. Entirely, receive I feeling, which, if you treat this keyboard with the same respect, with which it was sketched, it you lots large service give.

starsWell constructed - Poor documentation & support
The quality of the keys and case of aluminum are very good, but the papierunterlagen were at best volatile. The manual avowedly, how one fits the keyboard first time, but explains to you, like one never it on each time pivots, you it thereafter uses (really, you must switch not it on - it switches signal into retort to the PDA bluetooth). Some keys have three functions, but it is not free, like one the third function makes accessible and it in the manual is not discussed. I looked for its web site for info. and found little support. Which I found, it explained to me that the keyboard would not work with mine iPAQ Rx5910. I was in the situation to fit the keyboard with mine iPAQ and it functioned flawlessly. I designated Techunterstuetzung, in order to find out, why iPAQ on its "unsupported" list and it is not a reference point had. The aergerlichste thing removes the sticker, which explains as as open/CLOSE the keyboard. It took me 15 minutes to rub around the paper away from the keys to and it still sticky feels! That should not happen straight.

starsgreat keyboard stupid sticker
this is a great keyboard and a great idea BUT the sticker they put across the keyboard to show you how to use it when you first unpack it... its one of those "price sticker" things that don't come off clean ... in fact it disintegrates when you try to get it off and leaves sticky blobs all over the keys that take FOREVER to get off

i can't say don't buy it but i can say PLEASE USE A SENSIBLE STICKER ON THE KEYPAD IN FUTURE

*sighs*

starsBetter than expected!
I was hesitating, since I was not concerned over credit an engaged number row of keys, but it a too good agreement was to exceed to above. It was simpler than I, which is thought, in order to do numbers and symbols with very accesible function keys. It fits well and is immediately functional with my Sprintet telephone ppc-6700. I can write faster, than I am at all in that to enter with thumb keyboard or recording head. This will belong to me, nearly everywhere, which goes my telephone!

starsExcellent Bluetooth Keyboard from the Think Outside Guys
I bought first a Belkin IR keyboard of the office depot and it functioned only to part of the time. It believed cheaply. The keys badly closed and I could not it receive, in order to work with my Dell Axim X50. I paid $65 for the keyboard and and felt immediately away torn. I returned it the same week, which I bought her. The second keyboard, which I bought, announced it in an educated manner for the Dell Axim X50. This was obviously not the case. The second problem is that the keyboard for cell of telephones was formed, NOT PDAs! I could not set my Axim on the location without him a falling excessively or for seat-backs in an useless angle without sharp gloss. The third problem was that I could not receive it, in order to attach to my PDA regularly. I am sure that i represented could've from the third problem, but the keyboard was thus terrible, I the decision met, in order to return her after one hour of opening the box. Then I ordered iGo the Stowaway Ultra thinness Bluetooth keyboard, which is this keyboard, which all different one and then some announced. The keys believe that nicely and they become well closed. The unit to open was at the beginning of a little rigid, but slides open now and closed easily with a erfuellen"Klicken" at each end of the process. The Axim of seats PERFECT into the photograph device, that into the unit is established (I, use the Axim in landscape position). I was also to receive this keyboard in order to work in approximately 30 minutes. Not plugs and play, but appropriate. The keyboard sacrificed the number keys, in order to form area for the larger key distance, but I had not found that it is a problem, to write to from of numbers to by holding the function keys down. The best thing over this keyboard is however the quality. I paid $90 for it and I her in one second would repeat. This keyboard is really an agreement Bluetooth in the compatible products!

starsWell constructed - Poor documentation & support
The quality of the keys and aluminum case are very good, but the paper documentation was sketchy at best. The manual tells how to pair the keyboard the first time, but never tells you how to turn it on each time you use it afterwards. (Actually, you don't have to turn it on - it turns on in response to the PDA bluetooth signal). Some keys have three functions but it's not clear how to access the third function and it's not discussed in the manual.

I searched their website for info and found little support. What I did find told me the keyboard would NOT work with my iPAQ Rx5910. However, I was able to pair the keyboard with my iPAQ and it works flawlessly. I called tech support to find out why the iPAQ is on their "unsupported" list and they didn't have a clue.

The most annoying thing is removing the sticker that tells how to open/close the keyboard. It took me 15 minutes to scrape the paper off the keys and they still feel sticky! That just shouldn't happen.

starsExcellent Bluetooth Keyboard from the Think Outside Guys
I first bought a Belkin IR keyboard from Office Depot and it worked only part of the time. It felt cheap. The keys were poorly spaced and I couldn't get it to work with my Dell Axim X50. I paid $65 for the keyboard and and immediately felt ripped off. I returned it the same week I bought it.

The second keyboard I bought advertized it was made for the Dell Axim X50. This clearly was not the case. The second problem is that the keyboard was made for cell phones, NOT PDA's! I couldn't put my Axim on the stand without it falling over or leaning at an unusable angle without glare. The third problem was that I couldn't get it to connect to my PDA regularly.

I'm sure i could've figured out the third problem but the keyboard was so awful, I made the decision to return it after an hour of opening the box.

Then I ordered the iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard

This keyboard is what all the others advertised and then some.

The keys feel nice and they are well spaced. Opening the unit was a little stiff at first, but now slides open and closed easily with a satisfying "click" at either end of the process. The Axim fits PERFECTLY into the cradle that is built into the unit (I use the Axim in landscape position). I was also able to get this keyboard to work in about 30 minutes. Not plug and play, but reasonable. The keyboard sacrificed the number keys to make room for the larger key spacing, but I haven't found that it's a problem to type numbers by holding down the function keys. The best thing about this keyboard however is the quality. I paid $90 for it and I'd do it again in a second.

This keyboard is truly a bargain in Bluetooth compatible products!

starsVery nice keyboard
This keyboard is solid and well built. I dont use the PDA stand very much, but It seems fine. It took me a little while to get it connected secure, but it was my own fault. READ the instructions fully and you shouldnt have a problem. Now turning on the keyboard and connecting is mostly a non-issue. The keys are the same size as the average laptop keys, indeed when I hold it over my laptop keyboard, the size is identical. Getting used to the smaller spacebar and the lack of numbers was different, but I'm not using numbers much anyway in what i'm typing.
The whole thing folds nicely, just a bit larger than my PDA in its soft case. The case it comes with has just a little extra room in it. I put my sandisk square card reader inside the case, for my PDA's SD cards. I can now carry the equivalent of a laptop in my coat pockets.
I dock the keyboard one star for key pressure. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Either I'm typing too fast or not pressing the keys enough, because it likes to skip letters or spaces every now and then. Enough that I notice it, but not enough to be problematic.

starsGreat alternative to a laptop
I straight accomplished one weekend seminar and found comination this Bluetooth keyboard with my PDA a better alternative to a laptop. Both units, which into my bag are fit, are them on the table less obtrusive, and the PDA battery had 50%, which is after a whole day without powercord capacitiy. I assembled my t-mobile wing PDA, in order to indicate in the landscape mode, opened word, stopped the writing cone size to 16 and continued taking 20,000 words prisoner by this keyboard. I had a new driver of iGo the web site intially downloaden [... ], after it functioned beautifully. The keyboard works also with my laptop, something, which I found useful for registering the inventory individual parts of a distance, while my computer on its anchor station was. Of Amazon the price is also much better than other where.

starsGreat keyboard
Forwards I bought this keyboard, in order to use with a Nokia 770 approximately 4 months. I did not have problems to attach the device to my Nokia. Work wonderfully. The size is contract and has a fulfilment feeling to the keys during the writing. The photograph device is nice and permits me, means location 770 at home to leave. As premium I played a small fate on my 770 with the keyboard and it functioned like a charm. Large product!

starsAll of the above but more!
I straight opened the keyboard, fitted her with a N800 and have the following notes. 1. Its device FITTING are the instructions on the back. (press control, FN (green) and FN(blue) at the same time. There are no lights on the keyboard, therefore you know only, if it functions, if it really fits. As soon as I explained from this small step, which is not in the manual it, that, everything smoothly effectively the manual could with a business map sorted paper strip have been replaced went, to that the web site on it had and words, which say ", go here for instructions" in all 15 languages. If you will have somehow to downloaden drivers, then you can do the newest receive in addition. I take 1 star off for this. 2. The package took me 15 minutes, or more, to itself, a good pair of the shears during the process, someone however destroying could cut palm a razor-blade and the package (the soft case perhaps sacrificing) inside under 10 seconds to open. So as security precaution, is plastics contentiously. I take a star off for this. However I am pleased to use a keyboard and think that it heals an appropriate product, once the injuries of opening the package is.

starsIt Wobbles Like a Seesaw
Other than the fact that I couldn't get it to "communicate" with my Sony 280P, it doesn't lay flat. It wobbles when typing on either end. Compact, yes. Functional, not quite.
