try a differant brand
My first camera was working for about 15 min when it crashed. I called into customer service and was told that the camera is not to be mounted where it will be in direct sunlight even though its advertised as an outdoor camera. I had to pay for shipping to return the camera and received the replacement about 10 days later. When i open the box the lense on the camera was smashed in pieces and would'nt work. I called in again and was told i would have to pay for shipping again if i wanted to return it. Swann was been a complete waste of time and money, since then i've found other cameras online that i should have bought the first time. One last thing don't even try and get in touch with tech support as it's overseas and all you can do is leave a message that they don't return.


Not As Advertised
The characteristics described to the page of the Amazon patently are misleading. The effective range in the nerezza total, is NOT 100 ft, but more like 15ft. the image it is not the quality that tout in effects it is sfocati also in the better circumstances. It has bought this in short external surveillance of the range, more less than 40 ft. image much sfocata and image horrible of night. It would not suggest this camera for the vision of outdoor/night. For the night vision camera with at least 20 infrareds obtains one.
